Two apprentices per year are training to be a "Konstruktionsmechaniker Bereich Feinblechbautechnik" at BVS since 1999.

Key aspects of the training are filing, sawing, drilling, turning, milling as well as assembly of sheet metal structures, different welding procedures and technical and mechanical sheet metal forming.
